Keratosis Pilaris

I've had this stubborn condition for years and am now almost 30 and very frustrated. I've tried everything from vaseline in the shower to alpha hydroxy's, retin A, loofahs, etc. I'm now left with skin on my arms that is discolored with scarring and it still breaks out with the keratin bumps.

I am considering laser surgery or some form of chemical peel that will uncover newer skin beneath the damaged skin.

Can anyone recommend the best procedure, success rates and or things to avoid? I am willing to spend as much as I have to to fix this. Thank you!!!!
