I don't meant to alarm you, but it sounds like skin vassaladosis... a pretty rare skin disorder. In it's early stages it appears as small blisters, that ooze, and then dry and crack... as the dissorder progresses, you get larger and deeper blisters, that stop healing. Advanced stages of this disease are quite severe, in that you can lose large portions of skin, and bone... I'd see a doctor immeadiately!!
