Hello.. I have a few questions 1. Has anyone tried new iron/steam hair straighteners? If so, how effective are they and how much damage is done to the hair 2. I had electrolysis (not laser) done on my upper lip. It was NOT effective and left scar marks. Does anyone know how long it might take for the scar marks to go away? My electrologist would not say. Thank you
