Hi. I colored my hair one time and hated it so I called a 1-800# and they told me if I wanted to get it out to go buy a MEDICATED shampoo (at walmart, etc....it will say medicated) and then to put this on DRY hair and let set for 10 minutes or so. I guess you could continue to do this until it either lightens or comes out. Hope it works for you....... Good luck.
