sticky , greasy skin

I have saborrheic dermatitis on my scalp, face ears and neck. My problem is this. everytime I shampoo my hair or wash my face, the shampoo and soap stick to my face and are very irritating. To remove these from my face i have to rub very hard or use a facial washcloth.I just want to cure the condition, but if anyone has any ideas on what to do about everything sticking to my face, i would really appreciate it.
