Hi,I have just gotten my hair colored and I hate it so much!!!My stylist had ordered the color I recently had colored my have with, she had run out and order some more. I loved the color the first time. It was a deep deep brown almost black. It was just my color and fit me well.Well this is what happened,I went to her yesturday to get my hair colored because she had gotten the color in. She started to put it on and it didn't look like the same color and I told her that. She told me that she had writen it down from the first time and it was 5/3 level. So I was still scared, but thought it must be right. But when she washed it and it was all done, it was a red, orange, brown color that did not look good. To make a long story short, the people she got color from had changed there packaging I guess. So she ended up putting a perment color 5/3 on intead of the washout kind.I was in tears, I'm so frustrated because I had just gotten my hair healthy and the way that I wanted it. So what do you think I should do. Would Striping the color out be a good Idea or do I have to wait till it grows out.Maybe there is an alterntive to stripping, or maybe you think it will wash out! Thanks for listing to my problem, I hope that I didn't confuse you too much. And I will look forward to your replyor answer to my frustrating problem.
