It is not stupid to get depressed about how you look, especially when kids at school tease you or you feel left out. I have been suffering from bad skin too for about a decade but after years of experience with the subject I have found things that have really helped my skin from the inside and the outside too. Here are some guidelines,

-Your diet plays an important role in how your skin looks. No matter what a dermatologist says, your skin is your third kidney and it releases all the toxins (pimples) that the body inside cannot tolerate. So try not to eat junk food. Avoid fattening meats, oil, sugar and salt (iodine causes acne).
-Drink tons of water (avoid sodas-these really cause acne even if they're diet)
-take vitamins and zinc 50mg.
-And last but not least, there's a line of products for skin care and acne called Neostrata, which has changed my life. They have a website, so take a look at and see if you like it.

All I can tell you is that all of these things have made my skin clear and it will do the same for you. Hope you the best and may God bless you.
