I also had some grey hair very early... I remember finding a few when I was about 17... now I am 33 and am about 1-5% grey. My father is 90% grey at 60, and my mom is 55 and has less grey than I do. So, what I am trying to say is that it really varies per person. The best advice I can give, is eat a very well balance diet, take your vitamins... and if you continue to get grey, have fun with hair color, or go natural... it's your choice...
