I have the problem of not being able to fall asleep for hours, without some major preparation. Once i am asleep, I can ususally get about 7-8 hours before I wake up. But the problem is; it can take me hours to fall asleep. Is there any methods for falling asleep? I am not to keen on drugs that make me fuzzy the next day - so far the best thing I have found was illegal (pot). It works great, and wears off before the next day. But I am worried that I may be using it too much. Is there any natural methods? I've tried warm milk, hot baths, even some lavender and bergamot aromatherapy, and nothing seems to work wholeheartedly. I mean they may work once, but not in the long run. Has anyone found anything worth trying??? Thanks for your help.
