While I don't have chronic insomnia, on certain nights when the next day is a big day (a huge test, client meeting, etc.), the nervousness and anxiety keeps me up all night, impairing my ability to function the next day. I'm taking a big test in a couple of months. I've taken the test before and always seem to underperform due to this. I'm afraid to take a sleeping pill because it might make me groggy the next day. Is there something that will work (calm me down and help me sleep), but not make me tired the next morning? Please, I would do anything if someone would help!
