Hi, I don't know if anyone is in a similar scenario, but my boyfriend has had erractic sleep patterns for almost 3 years due to chronic pain. If lucky, he sleeps 2 to 3 hours a night (usually interrupted). Currently, he is taking Neurontin and Oxicontin. At night to sleep, he takes Tylenol Pm, Melatonin, and sometimes Ambien (not with the Tylenol). Nothing appears to help him. Sometimes, he tries to work to make himself exhausted...but that makes him more agitated. Any help would be greatly appreciated. P.S.-He will not try hypnosis. My email address is MRcl3@aol.com. Thank you. Belinda Bishop
