I go to bed,sometimes waking up,shortness of breath,I run to the bathroom with my finger down my throat thinking I am choking on something.I also will have a
tingling feeling in my left arm and I have noticed my
ring finger will feel kinda numb.Sometimes I wake up
and it seems my heart is barely beating(putting my hand on my chest),I do not feel it...I also seem to hear ringing in my ears(not that often).This has happened tonight and I am wide awake at 3:49am.It drives me crazy.I feel like if I go back to sleep it will happen again..I am 33,male and I think I am in good shape(workout 4 times a week).Am I NUTZ!!!! Any help will be greatly appreciated..Tommy
