I sometimes get that way. When I used to try and nap during the day, I'd wake up in a horrible mood and actually got headaches. Some people just shouldn't nap during the day, at that is that. I would suggest trying not to nap, and just getting a good full night of rest. Either that or go get checked out by your Dr.? Sorry I couldn't be of more help to you. Good luck!
: I some times sit on the couch and watch televition and take a nap. But only sometimes I fall asleep i could hear everithing that is going around me and i could even tell my kids to stop doing what ever that they are doing wrong to eachother. The problem is that all of a sudden I wake up and I am in the worst mood ever, I wake up irratic and I don't want to talk to anybody I want quiet time and some times it brings me to tear the way i feel, " so mad" I don't understand what is going on but I know it doesn't feel right and I feel that I can't control it. It seems that everytime that I take a nap in the afternoon I wake up in a mood that not even I can stand my self, I feel very depressed and mad. Please someone help me !!!
