For as long as I can remember, I have had trouble waking up in the morning. I move very slow and some days I don't even have the energy to move. I set my alarm for 6am but then I reset it for 7am and I end up being about 15 min late every day. I get very mad at myself and even if I prepair my clothes and lunch the night before I just can not get into the swing of it. I am 26 years old and I don't have the energy I need. I am slightly over weight, if that has anything to do with it. Or is it that I am not sleeping well. Why do I feel so tiered? I would like a energy boost in the morning and get to work ahead of schedual and be early. I don't want this to effect my career. Any suggestions???
