Hi. You sound exactly like me! I HATE getting up in the morning to hurry up and rush to get ready for work. On days when I don't have to get up to go to work, I wake up easily and unstressed. I think it's just the fact that we are getting up in the dark and that our jobs start too early. A good time to start work would be 10:00 a.m. Then, if we were to wake up in the daylight, I think we would have an easier time. I've been complaining of the same thing for 20 years now! I'm always rushing to get to work too. Sorry I really don't have a remedy for this, just wanted to know that you are not the only one who has a hard time getting up so early.
