I used to have the same problem. I have always been a really light sleeper and found myself napping in the afternoon. I tried something a couple months ago that has made a huge difference in my sleep patterns. It's a soy-based powder that you drink twice a day..all natural...I have my children on it too. Just thought maybe your boyfriend might want to try it. E mail me if you want more information :)
: I am very concerned about my boyfriend, he doesn't sleep well at night, only 2-3 hours after an 7 or 8 hour night of lying in bed. He has had this insomnia for years, and is too stubborn to go to the Dr. for any kind of help. Recently it has became worse, because we have stopped in our extra curricular activities. If anyone has any answers, I would love to hear some! Thanks!
