hi i am 22 male in very good shape , i have had a hard time in the past (since i was about 13 ) falling asleep and i guess i alway thought i would grow out of it but now it seems that it will never go away and it is really hard for me to wake up in the morning or afternoon and i am starting to get worried about it i have talk to family and friends but they say i need to just get up when i hear them or the alarm but i wish it were that simple so please someone help me i dont know what to do
