I sleep more than you. I stay up too late, then I sleep too late. Running on 6 hours of sleep all the time because I have to wake early to go to work. And usually I'm late, and I've lost my job because of it. My weekends are spent sleeping when I could be doing something. And I always feel terrible for doing it. I've considered seeing a doctor but I always feel like I can fix the problem myself. But I've done this for years and I haven't fixed it yet. But I can't help you because I can't figure it out. Maybe it's related to exercise, or sleep schedule, or depression, or anything. I don't know. Help!
