I've been sleeptalking loudly and clearly since I started talking. It was only mildly annoying to roommates. Now the occasional sexual content is so upsetting to my fiancee it threatens our relationship. What he reports I did and said is embarrassing and distressing to me as well, but I don't remember any of it. Nor can I understand at all why this happens or why I say/do the awful things I do in my sleep. I've consulted many mental and medical health professionals and spent hours on the net trying to find answers. No one sees this as even a problem at all, much less a potentially serious one, except a few individuals who have posted their experiences and misery online. Please, is there ANYONE--individual or professional who can help with this problem? It's far worse than snoring, which has tons of efforts directed at it.
