Hi, I just wanted to pass this along to those of you who have trouble sleeping. I have a very good friend, Juli, who suffered with insomnia for years. She use to go to the store at midnight to make sure she had a coke for the morning, so she could pump herself full of caffiene during the day to help her throughout the day because she just couldn't sleep at night. I also have had insomnia but not as severe as Juli. We started taking a powder called Classic, which is a powder that is composed of the same 72 elements that are found in a healthy human cell. Within 4 days time Juli was sleeping all night and she has noticed that she no longer craves caffiene. I am also sleeping like a baby. That is when my baby lets me. Good luck to all of you. We have to have our sleep to function. My prayers are with you.
