I I have been on Temazepam for over a year. It worked right away. I have since built up a tollerence. I used to be able to fall asleep with 30mg. Now it takes 60mg. My doctor wants to take me off of them, but I am afraid of not sleeping again. I already go two weeks out of the month without them and I do not sleep. Maybe 2 hours a night if I am lucky. I do this with Melatonin, and over the counter sleep aids. There has to be a better way to live. I slept so well when I was younger. This is drivibng me crazy. Thank God I found this site. Now I see that I am not alone.
