: Has anyone had any experience with this med? It is one of the older anti depressants that my doc just prescribed for me. Any advice or experiences would be most helpful!
: Thanks

A sports medicine doc prescribed it for me to treat chronic neck and shoulder pain. It works great for me and does improve my sleep. It doesn't stop my sleeptalking, though, which causes me so much anxiety that I for 3 days I didn't get any deep sleep, only brief naps, for fear of what I might say. Lately I've been taking the Pamelor and taping my mouth securely shut with cloth bandage tape--my nocturnal groans and moans are still a problem but I'm sleeping/dreaming beautifully.
