I am 33 yrs old and i have crohns disease since im 10. I am currently on antibiotics and mscontin for pain but i sleep terribly and i have a 3 yr old and need my energy.... i sometimes take a valium or ambien but the sleep i use to have (that wonderful deep sleep) is just not the same... i think the narcotics do not help the situation... anyone have similar situation???? email me robinv2001@aol.com thanks :)
