The other night I woke up and couldn't move at all. The only thing I could do is breathe heavily. Then I began to see images of my Aunt that lives with me. When I as able to move again I saw flashes of light and my aunt disapeered. I asked if anyone was there and no one was there. I was terrified. That same night I felt my fan on me. I was cold so I went to turn it off and it wasn't there. The window wasn't open eiher. My question is do I suffer from Sleep Paralysis? I heard someone say it is a possiblity in my case.
