I have insomnia and three days ago it got the worst it possibly could. I was taken in an ambulance to the hospital when I woke up after my first hours sleep in two days, shaking so violently that I could not talk. I have not slept since and I'm afraid that I may never again or just go insane. Please any comments or advise would be very appreciated. Thanks.
