my sister (who is a widow) suffers from sleepless nights,
when consulted a doctor whe was told to take sleeping pills
but my friends say that they are sedative and so i stopped her from using them
can you tell me how much dosage is required to make her sleep comfortably as the whole of the family is concerned about her health
what should be done when she does not get sleep even though given a sleeping pill of less dosage
