Some nights I am so exhausted I feel I am going to fall asleep driving home from work. about once a week I do sleep for about four hours straight but when i wake up i am so feeling antsy and or anxious feeling I cant lay or be still no matter what i do. I pace or try to play games on the computer, but cant sit still. I pray, try to watch tv, fold colthes anything. I feel I am going nuts. I need some sleep everynight. Medicine works the oppisite on me. a sleeping pill will make me even more anxious. I sometimes feel someone needs to just wack me in the head and knock me out. On those rare occasions i do sleep I am a very vivid dreamer. Seems my mind can not stop even when i am asleep.
