: I've only been getting like 2 hours of sleep last few nights, and I feel like I'm about to die! I am also suffering from anxiety/panic disorder...which leads to the insomnia. It's horrible! I am sooo exhausted, yet I can't sleep! I've tried many sleeping pills from Dr., tonight i'm trying haloperidol. Has anyone ever tried hypnosise for insomnia?
I have only been sleeping anywhere from three or four hours a night to none. I suffer from panic disorder and no matter how tired I am as soon as I lay down I feel anxious. I also suffer from depression. I went to the er four days ago for a bad panic attack and now two days from now I am going to the dr and being out on meds. any ideas about what to ask the doc. or what med. works for you. thanks and please email me anytime. You will be in my prays.
