:Hey buddy,i work simular hours as yourself, but the difference is i have narcalepsy wich is a sleeping disorder.I totally understand your situation. There is a knew drug on the market that is better than any other sleeping pill around, you wont feel like shit in the morning, and they are not addictive, they also dont stay in your system long,1hour thats why you dont feel like shit in the morning.Once you finish your shift at the end of the week,it takes a few days to get use to your next shift.Go to your doctor and ask for STARNOC 10mg take that and you fall fast asleep with no side effects. You will feel great in the morning or when ever you have to take them.I know the first shift after coming off another shift sucks.Trust me when your week is finished and you cant sleep and you want to wake up early to do productive things during the day and your body is use to being up all night take this medication. Its a miricle drug,i work afternoons 3:15 to 11:15 but to keep awake im on stimulant drugs by the time i get home im still wired, and i didnt get to sleep until 6:00 am wich totally sucked, but my wonder doctor, perscribed me STARNOC.When i got home i took 1 and i got a great night sleep with no hangover effects so i now can do productive things during the day instead of sleeping until its time for work.P.S must at least try it,could change your life.
