the last year + ,i have been averaging around 11 hours of sleep per night,is this bad? ....i feel great when i do this, but i have to go back to school and get a job soon ,its gonna be hard to sleep alot and do these,i plan on sleeping 9.5-10 hours per night, hope i can exucute that, but whenver i sleep less than 9 -10 hours or dont wake up "naturally" ( without an alarm),i have to to take 3 hour naps in the middle of the day,and i also feel sluggish before the nap,but after the nap i feel great, but then it is harder to go to bed at the scheulued time, then i end staying up till 3 am then getting up in the afternoon the next day,it feels great i have hella energy and have been having great gym workouts and everything but i really need help cuz its hard to have " life" doing this ,because their is no scheduule nothiing,i had a job interview at 230 pm,and i slept till 345,i thought sleeping was more important,i think alot of it has to do with anxiety and obbesuvive complesive disorder, plus i feel if i dont sleep that i will age faster or get wrinkles,i alwasy worry about every litthe thing, can someone help me?? any suggestions ,i am planning on going to bed at 1130,then gtting up at 930 every day,but i this is just my plan i dont know if gonna end up doing it or not
