It definitely sounds like you have psychological issues. Perhaps you had something happen that is too terrible for your mind to let you remember. I think a sleeplab mainly deals with physical problems but this definitely sounds like the result of emotional trauma. I would look for a therapist. if insurance is an issue many state have great subsidized programs that work on a sliding scale. Good luck.
