I work at job where I'm required to work eight hr shifts. Approx every twenty-one days the shift that I work changes,ie...0700 to 1500, 1500 to 2300, 2300 to 0700 hrs.

I find that as I'm getting older my body is having a harder time tolerating the change in work and sleep patterns that occure.

I was wondering if anyone knows of any studies that have been done in this area and could direct me.
