3yr old w/ sleep problem

Recently I read an article about a 5 yr old with sleep apnea. I swear you could put my daughters name in the story and it would fit her to a 'T'. She snores, grinds teeth wakes everynight anywhere from 1-4 times. is very cranky and falls asleep as soon as she gets in a car (which she has not done since she was an infant). She is not napping at school and causing a lot of problems for her teachers. I know she is a good girl, but when she doesn't sleep well all hell brakes loose! I am at my wits end. I hope I am not contributing bad behavior to a sleep problem to make me feel better. But with all the symptoms it is hard not to wonder about the possibility of sleep apnea.
