: I just found out that my girlfriend has had a very hard past and was physicaly harmed and treatend by
: her last boyfriend. Now she relives these images over and over in her head. She is afraid to fall
: asleep because of nightmares. I Have mad her talk to me about it because until i found out. she had
: never told anyone of her misfoutunes. and now that she has talked about it things seem to be just a
: hair better. I don't think that it is healthy for her not get a good amount of sleep. But i don't
: know excactly what i can do to help. I was hopeing you could.
xanax is excellant to help you relax and sleep but at the same time make sure she's not taking "tylenol pm" because this causes nightmares to a lot of people including myself and my wife.
