Has anyone been addicted to cold tablets such as actifed. For about 4 years I have been trying to get over the side affects of the cold tablet. I cannot get a good nights sleep or even take a nap.. When I sleep, I am about 90% awake. And I also have nightmares. Is there any help. Please.
