I,m surprised that temazepam didn't work for you on the first trial. At 30mg you should have been pretty relaxed and sleepy within 30 top 45 mins.
Temazepam normally doesn't take a few days to work. It should work for you a short while after taking the drug. I'm not familiar with how long it is stored in the body. I've taken it for about 3 years at your same dosage, and it works fine. At times when it fails to work properly, I usually supplement it with natural herbs such as valerian, chamomile, or skullcap.
