my name is june. i am going to start my no smoking day from tommorrow. i have wanted to give up since 1995, but with a busy lifestyle and 3 children to look after, i have found life pretty stressfull. but after 5 years of smoking on my mind about giving up and the fear of getting something dreadful, i have decided that it is time to think of myself and go for it. i am sure if i could sustain for 1 week i will crack it. i am 39 years old and i have been smoking since i was 16! life is too short to line the pockets of the government AMEN.
