:i stopped smoking 7 weeks ago and it is quite tough but i have saved money by asking the bank to do a direct debit for me. i have been smoking since i was 10yo i am now nearly thirty.i have noticed i have gained 3kgs and it is worring me but i will stick at it and see if i can get my weight down again. it is hard to quit and i did enjoy smoking but it is not good for your health.every time i see someone smoking i do envy them and then i think well i have more money than them,i am more healthy than them and i know the craving will pass in a matter a few minutes.
all smoking is bad for you,one or ten. you just need a little positive mental attitude and a little will power.(not a lot because i have none) good luck all you stoppers!!!!!!!!!!! trisha : I started smoking at the age og 18. i smoke about 10 cigerets a day. what harm it could have done to my lungs by now..
