I smoked for 10 years... It was 10 yeas ago! 10 year I didn't smoke! I stoped smoking while I get into
karate! It's impossible to smoke and to concern with sport. 4 years I was a trainer beside teenagers and even has got a green belt. Presently I do not drill, as well as I do not smoke!
I think that sport is a way out!
