: Does anyone know approximately how long the withdrawl symptoms last and if I should still be experincing them!? Thank you muchly

: Hi there, well, last time I gave up smoking, those flu like symptoms lasted about two weeks, like I had the real flu. I was coughing, my throat was sore, I was coughing up phlegm (sp?).. it was quite disgusting... I even got that feeling you described of having had too much to smoke the night before when I hadn't even smoked, but that went away when the flu went away.. so hang in there buddy... it will pass. :) Good luck.

i just recently quit while taking zyban. i feel as though my body went into shock, and didn't react in any way. i was almost numb to withdrawl symptoms until 2 days ago (about 2-3 weeks after quitting) and started experiencing flu like symptoms; nausea, irritibility, and fatigue.
