has anybody tried to find Dr. Douglas Anderson, MD from New York City-a claimed specialist in chemical dependancy? The Passebecq papers give a special brochure on him-maybe finding him, reporting him, etc. would work? Also, you have the right to file a complaint with the USPS for postal fraud. I would also suggest contacting the major media and reference them to this site and seeing if they would do a story on this scam-they eat this stuff up!
