That's pretty much it. I followed the Zyban instructions and used their website during the quitting process. My nicotine addiction used to be bigger than me. Now, I am bigger than it. I'm nicotine free almost 7 months and usually daily feel the urge for what I used to call a craving for nicotine. I notice it and it goes away as I put my attention elsewhere.
