The Better Business Bureau can help file your complaint and you can learn of others who have done just that. I am on Day 6 and have certainly cut down and pray that I will quit. It did take a long time in coming. My charge card will be charged on October 4 in 2 installments. That gives me time to call my credit card company if I need to. No problem. I will get back to you if I stop smoking as promised.
