I stopped smoking after 16 years about six weeks ago. Amazingly enough I have had no major cravings and am coping as far as the desire to smoke is concerned. However, about 4 weeks ago my health deteriorated. E.g. Blocked sinuses and flu like symptoms that come and go, dizzy spells and recently anxiety attacks. Has anybody else experienced the same? What can be done to sort myself out?
