Seven days off cigarettes - happy as can be about it & doing quite well I think - except that I'm carrying around four days of food in my usually easy going tummy. I run 6.5 miles every day, drinks lots of water, eat plenty of fruits, salad & veggies daily. I take the usual assortment of vitimins daily and 2 FiberCon which helped evrything along just fine when I smoked but are doing little for me now. Any advice? I can offer one tip to those who suffer with me, eat grapes - well chewed and lots of them - you'll get some relief.
