There are some things that you should be aware of before starting, but I am certain that if you follow the "method" to the letter, it will work for you. I have spent over $300 on patches, only one pack of gum (yuck) and Zyban (looped out). When I got the Passebecq packet I thought it was pretty hoakey. But, I was desparate. VERY high blood pressure. At 7 days my smoking was cut in half. I am now losing the urge to smoke. Kind of amazing. Not ideal circumstances, either. I work a job and a half, attend accelerated classes one night a week and am 2 weeks from being single again.
