I am starting on Zyban this coming Saturday. And plan to put my cigarettes down the following Saturday. I have been to the Zyban web site. And have read everything there. So I think I know what to expect. I have read where some don't know what to do with their hands. Well, I do have a couple of suggestions, that I am also going to follow), 1. take up crocheting. 2. play with a straw. 3. try out a new hobby. I have been told by others on Zyban these ideas has helped them out tremendously. So that is what I am going to try. Wish me luck. Maureen
