When I quit smoking the first time, I had to stop wearing my contacts, as they would not stay centered on my eyes. When I asked my eye doctor, he said that when you smoke, you are dehydrating your entire body...including your eyes. So, in turn, your eye shape changes. It could take months for them to return to normal. Drink plenty of fluids...especially water, and keep "fake tears" on hand. Something that mentions being like natural tears works best.

Great job! Keep it up!
