: My husband was recently diagnosed with a paralyzed diaphram which the doctors are saying was from a
: falling accident he had 20 years ago! It seems improbable in the extreme that he has been jogging 50
: miles a week and working out with weights for 20 years with only the use of one lung. He did have a
: series of anthrax vaccines recently, however, and developed his symptoms after the 4th injection.
: I have been unable to find any information on either paralyzed diaphrams or anthrax vaccinations so if
: there is anyone who knows where I might be directed to find such info, please advise. Thankyou.
HELLO. MY NAME IS MEGHANN WHITE, AND JUST RECENTLY MY DAUGHTER (3MOS.), HAS HAD DIAPHRAM FAILURE. DOCTORS STILL HAVENT FOUND THE REASON FOR THE DIAPHRAM'S ALMOST TOTAL SHUTDOWN. DR.'S SAY IT'S EITHER THE DIAPHRAM MUSCLE ITSELF THAT HAS FAILED, OR THE NERVE(S) THAT LEAD TO/FROM THE MUSCLE. I'M CURIOUS TO LEARN WHAT/IF THERE IS ANY KIND OF TREATMENT AND/OR CURE FOR EITHER OF THE TWO POSSIBLE REASONS FOR IT'S SHUTDOWN. ANY INFO. ANYONE MAY HAVE, I WOULD BE VERY HAPPY TO KNOW ABOUT. ALL I WANT TO DO IS HELP MY DAUGHTER TO GET THROUGH THIS,AND ANYONE W/ ANY KNOWLEDGE ON THIS SUBJ. WOULD HELP ME TO HELP HER. GOD BLESS. THANK YOU, MEGHANN WHITE (MOTHER)
