: :"PLEASE HELP" - DOES ANYONE HAVE INFO ON THIS TOPIC? IF YOU DO "PLEASE" RESPOND THANKS DAVE P.
Hi Dave. I have been diagnosed with Congenital Spinal Stenosis and had a 'minor' spinal stroke five years ago. Which casued me to lose all feeling in both legs and my right arm. Three days later (in the hospital)I was told I should have a Lamanectomy (spelling?), but decided not to go that route. Since then I walk with a limp and am often clumsy. But I have found a regemin of physical therapy (I ride my bike a thousand miles a year) and daily exercise (a stair step is really great) helps tremendously. I have also been taking SAMe for the last year and that REALLY helps.
Hope this helps.
